We’re seeking a highly motivated and personable Relationship Manager – Referral Partnerships to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with referral partners—such as accountants, business consultants, financial advisors, and other professionals who refer small business clients in need of financing.

This is a relationship-first role where trust, communication, and value delivery are key. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your referral partners, helping them understand our financing solutions and ensuring a seamless experience for the businesses they refer.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referral partners across various industries.
  • Proactively identify, onboard, and activate new referral partners.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between referral partners and internal funding teams.
  • Educate partners on our suite of financing solutions (Working Capital Loans, SBA, Equipment Financing, Revenue-Based Financing, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing support to referral partners—ensuring they have the resources, tools, and information needed to succeed.
  • Track and manage partner activity using CRM tools; report on KPIs, performance, and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner enablement strategies.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in business development, partner management, or sales (financial services or small business lending preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Understanding of commercial lending and small business financing
  • Passion for supporting small businesses and helping others succeed.
